Scheduling

Fire inspection scheduling software that reads the standard.

Generic job management treats fire inspections as repeating calendar entries somebody has to set up and babysit. Maintenance Partners computes the schedule from the asset register: every asset carries its AS 1851 service programme, due dates come from the register itself, visits consolidate, and dispatch lands on the technician's phone in seconds. Included in every licence at $150 per user per month ex GST.

How it schedules

The schedule is computed, not typed in

Due dates from the register

There is no "repeat every 12 months" job to create. Each asset carries its AS 1851 service programme, monthly through to ten-yearly, and the due dates are read from the register. Add an asset and its inspections exist. The fire asset register.

Visits consolidate themselves

A yearly falling near a six-monthly becomes one visit, and completing it resets every cycle beneath it. Recurring maintenance generates ahead of due dates so the office is planning the month, not chasing it.

Dispatch by site, skill and licence

Job management by day, week or month with capacity, crew and site views. Drag a job to another crew and it lands on their phone in seconds, or at the next sync if the phone is offline. Only technicians qualified for the asset type and standard are offered. Competency tracking.

The week laid out before the truck moves

Every job, site and assigned technician for the week on the device, with today's run on a map. The day on the phone is the day the scheduler sees. The MP Connect field app.

No contest

What a booking tool cannot do with a fire schedule

It can prove you were late

A completion-anchored schedule moves the next due date when the work is done, so it can never show a breach. Maintenance Partners also measures every asset against the fixed grid the standard implies, separating work done late from work never done. That is a register you can hand to an auditor.

Every gap, found

The compliance engine measures every service activity across every building against its own AS 1851 tolerance window and raises exception alerts for overdue work and AFSS deadlines before an auditor finds them.

Stock ordered against what is due

The service programme already knows twelve months of coming work, so the parts forecast is read from what is actually due. Vans and stores are stocked for the schedule, not for history.

Contractors on their own seat cost you nothing

A seat belongs to the person. Invite a contractor who already holds one and dispatch to them like anyone on your crew, on their existing login, with no second seat for anyone. A contractor with no seat can be covered under your licence while the work is on. How seats work.

Questions

Scheduling questions, answered.

How does the software know when each fire inspection is due?

Every asset on the register carries its AS 1851 service programme: the cycles the standard sets for its type, from monthly through to ten-yearly, in inspection, test and service variants. Due dates are computed from the register, so there is nothing to set up per job and nothing to drift. The AS 1851 maintenance schedules guide.

Can we automate fire inspection scheduling completely?

Recurring inspections generate themselves ahead of due dates and consolidate into visits. Dispatch stays a human decision made with drag and drop, with capacity, crew and site views and only qualified technicians offered for each job.

What happens when a job is moved?

The change lands on the technician's phone in seconds, or at the next sync if the phone is offline. The field app carries a full replica of the technician's work, so the day on the device is always the day the scheduler sees.

Can it show inspections that were done late or never done?

Yes. As well as the working schedule, every asset is measured against the fixed grid the standard implies, so the compliance register separates work done late from work never done. Most scheduling software moves the next due date on completion and cannot show a breach. The compliance engine.

What does scheduling software for a fire business cost?

Maintenance Partners is $150 per user per month ex GST ($165 inc GST) with scheduling, the field app, office portal, compliance engine, asset registers, defect quoting, invoicing, client portal and integrations all included. No tiers, no add-ons, no lock-in.
