What a seat means
A seat is one person — a technician in the field or someone in the office. Your clients and your sub-contractors do not need seats: client portal access and sub-contractor logins are unlimited and included.
Larger teams
Volume pricing applies automatically above 10 users, and each band prices only the seats inside it — your first 10 stay at the first-band rate as you grow. You will see the exact figure before you pay anything.
Billing
Monthly, in Australian dollars, on Sydney calendar months. Starting part-way through a month charges only the remainder of that month, not a fresh cycle. No setup fee, no lock-in, cancel any time.
