Integrations

Connected to the tools you already run on

Maintenance Partners is being built around the three Australian accounting platforms that matter for fire businesses: Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. We would rather ship three deep integrations than twenty shallow ones.

Current state

Honest status, not marketing copy

Below is the real state of every integration we are building, updated as we ship. Foundation customers get early access and help shape the contract we build against each platform.

Xero

In active development

Invoices, credit notes, and contacts flowing from Maintenance Partners into Xero. Chart of accounts mapping configurable per business. Shipping with the next release cycle.

MYOB

Planned · next quarter

AccountRight and MYOB Business both targeted. Architecture shared with the Xero connector to keep the invoicing UX identical across platforms.

QuickBooks Online

Planned · second half 2026

QuickBooks Online integration follows the MYOB build. Same invoice shape, same reconciliation flow, same operational pattern your finance team learns once.

CSV export

Available now

Every invoice, inspection, defect, and asset record exportable to CSV today. Import into whatever accounting or reporting system you run until the direct integration ships.

Why only three

We build fewer integrations, deeper

Most platforms in this category publish a logo wall of thirty integrations, most of which are one-way webhook shims that fall over on real edge cases. Our rule is different: if your finance team has to Google the integration on month-end, we have not finished it. Three Australian accounting platforms, each integrated to the depth of a finance team actually running a business.
